While the recent introduction of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board has purported to reduce the involvement of the Courts system in personal injury litigation, it has been our experience that clients value our professional experience and advice when dealing with the often traumatic period following an accident and the bureaucracy that can surround making a claim.
